Polestar brought together the gaming elite of Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco on two different games. What makes the project distinctive is its funding: the event was self-financed and driven by a passionate team, without the backing of a major sponsor. That meant producing a regional-level tournament on constrained means, investing the essential in what actually shows on screen. North Events handled the production and the broadcast, alongside the project's partners. Bringing together the best teams from three countries also means managing different calendars, habits and scenes under one common set of rules. Polestar shows that North Events can produce at regional scale without depending on a single client.
